Danièle Moyal-Sharrock has argued for the existence of a distinct and important post-Philosophical Investigations Wittgenstein centered around his posthumous and neglected work On Certainty. Does On Certainty break any new ground in Wittgenstein studies?

Answer:
On Certainty certainly adds much to our picture of Wittgenstein's thinking. To "form of life [Lebensform] it adds "world picture" [Weltbild]. Perhaps it puts the Philosophical Investigations into a larger context. Though others may disagree, I don't see radical changes.
