		<description>I wasn't even aware of his writings on humanity, I'd always been exposed to his work with finches, very little to do with his personal life beyond the fact that he renounced all his theories on his death bed.  Never the less, I think he's an important enough historical figure that it's not worth much getting hung up on his ideas that are non PC in modernity.  Enough of his work has been altered, adapted, thrown out, etc that I don't think anyone's looking at him as an infallible source of unquestionably accurate information about the world.  His important role is that of catalyst, not reaction.</description>
