I'd love to play the violin, but, going by the number it doesn't sound like I'd be an even remotely tolerable listen until I was nearly dead :). I also think that you need to be born with the kind of talent that she has. As she gets older her talent can only get better. It would be great to be able to sit down and talk to her for a while but since I doubt if I could ever do that, reading about her is the next best thing. Hopefully her parents have made a point of giving her a balanced upbringing as well. I'd expect that some of her musical colleagues have had similar childhoods and may be of help in that area. I wonder what it would be like to be that talented. You are right that I am certainly interested in reading more about her. I always have concerns when I see kids like this. I wonder how they came to their talent. I know there are many just naturally talented kids who love what they are doing and can't get enough, but there are also those that have talent because of parents who push too hard.
