		<description>I couldn't agree more that people learn differently, individual to individual.  One thing that always irritated me in school, high school in particular, was the lip service teachers paid to this fact with out really doing anything to change their rigid class structures.  Maybe we'd get an optional extra credit assignment we weren't really interested in, but that was about it.</description>
